The project’s raw material is tuff, with 200 MPa ultra-high compressive strength, 60% silica content, extreme abrasiveness, and high density, making crushing extremely difficult. Thus, Yongke tendered for tower-type shaping and sand-making equipment in September 2022, and Nanwan in January 2021. After analyzing client needs, Ninon’s engineers designed a tailored manufactured sand production line scheme, with all indicators exceeding tender requirements. Post-purchase, the client quickly put Ninon’s manufactured sand production line into operation, running an average of 20 hours daily. The line flexibly adjusts processes per demand: when processing 5-40mm feedstock to make Class I sand (fineness modulus 2.8), the manufactured sand output exceeds 100 T/h; when producing both sand and gravel from the same feedstock, total output of shaped crushed stone and manufactured sand surpasses 300 T/h, yielding four finished products (0-4.75mm, 4.75-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm). It also produces high-grade asphalt graded aggregates (five types total), delivering remarkable economic benefits.
