Our main facility covers over 13,000 square meters and includes two strategic locations: headquarters and a steel component manufacturing base. Supported by a high-capacity CNC machining center and close collaboration with three contract manufacturing partners, we ensure consistent quality and timely delivery of our artificial sand making plant, VSI crusher, asphalt recycling plant, UHPC intensive mixer, and ready mix mortar plant ect..

Ninon ● Milestones
Founded: In the initial phase,10 employees began operations in a 100m³ office space, adopting a business model centered on product design and sales agency. This marked the beginning of an ambitious journey filled with both challenges and opportunities.
First Equipment Launch: By the end of 2014, launched the first ZSL80 artificial sand making plant and successfully applied in Jiurishan Concrete Company, Quanzhou. As of March 2025, this facility had produced a total of 2.2 million tons of manufactured sand.
Factory Establishment: 1.Completing the construction of a 10,000m² production base. 2.Employees expanded to over 100. 3.Developed and manufactured the ZSL and ZSZ series dry-process sand-making plant.
Steady Growth: 1.Recognised as Fujian High-Tech Enterprise and the most influential enterprises in the pre-mixed mortar industry. 2.Developed DS series dry-process sand-making equipment 3.Secured first authorized invention patent for "sand and gravel production system."
Business Expansion: 1.Expanded facility to 15,000m² 2.Honored as Science&Technology "Little Giant" Leading Enterprise of Fujian Province 3.Developed the DSL and SDS series sand-making equipment.
Technology Upgrade: Developed and manufactured the ZDS and LN-ZDS series premium sand and aggregate processing systems.
Breakthrough Innovations: 1.Recognized LN-ZDS-1030 as Fujian Province’s first major complete equipment set. 2.Developed FBT series dry mortar equipment 3.Recognized as a "Gazelle" innovation enterprise in Fujian’s digital economy sector.

In-depth Technological Advancement: Developed and manufactured the FSCG ultra-fine sand grading system(20–200 mesh graded) which was applied in Longyan Cement Plant, Fujian.
Continuous Innovation: 1.Developed UHPC premix and precast concrete mixing plant (Guangdong Base). 2.embarked on the research and development of solid and hazardous waste recycling solutions with a low-carbon approach.
