On January 22, 2019, Fujian Ninon Technology Co., Ltd. held its year-end conference and thanksgiving banquet with the theme "2018: Uniting Strength; 2019: Setting Sail Amidst Opportunities" at Jinwei Holiday Hotel. General Manager Wang Jianxiong, department leaders, and representatives attended. 

Mr. Wang summarized 2018 achievements, outlining a three-year plan and 2019 goals: elevating technology and quality (especially for sand making plant solutions), strengthening management, boosting employee initiative, expanding markets, improving services, growing sales/profits, and entering the industry's first echelon. He thanked staff for supporting the company's sand making plant business development. • (1)Production Department: Heads reported on 2018 workload, output, quality, and safety. For 2019, they plan to add technical personnel for sand making plant projects, train on safe operations, implement lean production, and promote 6S management to enhance efficiency.
• (2)Technical Department: Engineer Chen noted shortcomings and outlined 2019 plans: expanding the team, clarifying responsibilities, optimizing sand making plant equipment, standardizing materials to support ERP, focusing on order-based design, and supporting sales.
• (3)Installation & Service Department: Engineer Su shared site experiences installing sand making plant equipment and solutions. In 2019, the team will improve installation training and equipment documentation.
