On October 25th, a delegation from Guangzhou Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission visited Hangzhou Guanghua Xiaoshan Asphalt Batching Plant to conduct research on manufactured sand—this asphalt batching plant, as a key user of manufactured sand, serves as a typical case for exploring the practical application of sand-making products. Wang Tingting, Director of the Media Center of China Sandstone Aggregate Network, and Sun Ruiyuan, Sales Manager of Ninon, were invited to join the exchange. The three parties discussed issues including the current market environment of sandstone aggregates, the quality of manufactured sand products, market consumption, and prices, with a focus on how the asphalt batching plant optimizes production by matching high-quality manufactured sand and advanced sand making machines.

During the research, the delegation toured the manufactured sand production line at the asphalt batching plant. This line is equipped with a complete set of sand-making process equipment (including core sand making machines) from Fujian Green Energy Technology (Ninon’s affiliated brand). The sand making machines here feature stable performance and high crushing efficiency, ensuring the manufactured sand meets the strict quality requirements of the asphalt batching plant’s mixing operations, and the product quality has won unanimous recognition from customers. Experts and leaders of the delegation highly praised Fujian Green Energy Technology’s R&D and production capabilities in manufactured sand equipment, especially affirming the adaptability of its sand making machines to the asphalt batching plant’s production scenarios. The delegation also stated that it would conduct detailed inspection and analysis on the manufactured sand samples to further verify the compatibility between the sand and the asphalt batching plant’s processes.
