SG Square Gyratory Screen / Square Swing Screen
The square gyratory screen works as an alternative to conventional vibrating screen, and this square swing screen operates on circular vibration principle to drive the screen deck into orbital movement with low frequency and large stroke. Materials travel in serpentine paths across the screening surface as the square gyratory screen body sways horizontally in all directions accompanied by slight vertical oscillation for grading. Stainless steel is commonly adopted for screen cloth of the square gyratory screen, fitted with polyurethane bouncing balls to eliminate screen blinding. Its standard stroke ranges 5–8 mm with rotational speed of 200–250 RPM.

Available with 1 to 4 screening decks or double-layer composite configuration, the square swing screen can yield up to four graded finished products for fine sand ranging from 20 mesh to 140 mesh. Auxiliary air assist enables ultra-fine powder separation down to 120–200 mesh on the square gyratory screen.
