All work followed Ninon's standard acceptance procedures to eliminate hidden risks of the sand making equipment. On arrival, engineers inspected the feeding system of the sand making equipment. They verified core components, fasteners, belts and motors of the sand making equipment to ensure standardized assembly and stable transmission, preventing operational faults of the sand making equipment from the source.

Finished sand sampling test
After basic checks, the team conducted full inspection of the complete sand making machine. They examined the conveying unit, main host, screening and air-classification system, steel frame, lifting and powder removal modules of the sand making machine. All subsystems were confirmed well-matched and parameter-qualified for stable operation of the sand making machine.
