Background of FSCG Fine Crushing and Classification Plant

Fueled by continuous technological iteration and industrial upgrading in the mining and construction industry, raw sand materials are required to meet higher and stricter standards in purity, fineness, compressive strength, particle size distribution (PSD) and grain morphology. To adapt to the upgraded market and industrial requirements, Ninon Technology has independently developed the professional FSCG fine crushing and classification plant.

This mature aggregate crushing machine integrates core processing functions of fine grinding and precise screening, and the customized aggregate grinding mill covers complete supporting equipment including high-performance HCC aggregate crushing machine, multi-type precision screening machinery, professional HMW attrition scrubbers and full-set fine sand processing systems. The finished sand products processed by this crushing and classification plant support multiple particle size grades including 8 mesh, 140 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh and 400 mesh. According to actual on-site construction and process demands, this crushing and classification plant can be flexibly designed into a horizontal floor-mounted structure or a standardized modular tower-type layout to adapt to different production scenarios.


Process Routes of Aggregtae Crushing Machine

The standard production workflows of the FSCG fine crushing and classification plant are divided into dry and wet processes. 

Dry Process: Fine Crushing → Iron & Impurity Removal → Fines Elimination → Classification → Packaging. 

Wet Process: Fine Crushing → Iron Removal & Desliming → Attrition Scrubbing → Magnetic Separation & Flotation → Acid Washing → Purification → Drying → Packaging. This wet production workflow of the aggregate grinding mill is mainly applicable to sand products with a purity requirement lower than 99.9%.

To ensure stable operation and high-quality finished products of the aggregate production line, raw materials must be pre-treated before formal classification processing. The raw materials for the aggregate production line need to maintain a moisture content below 0.3%, a fine powder content lower than 0.5%, and be completely free of foreign impurities. The overall layout of the aggregate production line can be optimized into ground-level horizontal configuration or tower-type modular plant according to actual site conditions to realize efficient and compact production arrangement.

Wet Feed Sand Manufacture

A large number of factory on-load feeding tests have verified that the professional aggregate grinding mill has excellent wet material processing capacity, which can perfectly complete the production of standard sand and fine manufactured sand. The high-precision processing performance of the aggregate grinding mill realizes one-time completion of standard aggregate gradation. The minus-200-mesh fines content of finished products is stably controlled at 4%~7%, which is 20%~40% lower than that of traditional vertical shaft impact crushers. The aggregate grinding mill also features extremely low on-site fugitive dust emission, meeting environmental protection production standards.

Energy Saving & Consumption Reduction

Repeated granite processing test data confirm the outstanding energy-saving advantages of the core crushing and classification plant. When the feed particle size is controlled at 20mm, the crushing and classification plant can produce qualified Zone II graded medium sand through one-time crushing. The finished product yield of particles ranging from 0.12 mm (140 mesh) to 0.8 mm (20 mesh) reaches 70%~80%. The overall power consumption of the aggregate crushing machine is only 60%~70% of that of conventional impact crushers, achieving remarkable energy conservation and consumption reduction effects.
