Ninon Ranks First as a Demonstration Enterprise for Informatization, Digitalization and Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing in Luojiang District

2024-09-05

Quanzhou Evening News · Quanzhou Tong Client, September 3 (Integrated Media Reporter of Quanzhou Evening News: Huang Wenzhen; Correspondent: Miao Yujing) — Learned from the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology that on August 30, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the public list of the third batch of characteristic industrial clusters for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Among them, two industrial clusters in Quanzhou—Luojiang District’s construction equipment cluster and Anxi County’s semiconductor lighting cluster—made the cut. These two clusters account for half of Fujian Province’s total selected clusters in this batch, and Quanzhou’s cumulative number of recognized national-level clusters now ranks first among prefecture-level cities in China.

Notably, Luojiang District’s construction equipment industrial cluster—one of the two winning entries—focuses on high-demand equipment spanning road machinery, excavating machinery, sand making machine (a core product for aggregate production), construction robots, and intelligent control equipment. It also encompasses full-chain solutions like aggregate processing equipment, which works in tandem with sand making machine to turn raw stone into high-quality construction aggregates. Up to now, the cluster has gathered 152 enterprises, with leading players including Tietuo Machinery, Xinyuan Heavy Industry, Jinli Engineering Machinery, and Ninon Technology—all contributing to the cluster’s strength in sand making machine innovation and aggregate processing equipment integration.

For the construction industry, sand making machine and aggregate processing equipment are absolute essentials: the sand making machine crushes and shapes raw stone into uniformly graded sand (a foundational material for concrete and mortar), while aggregate processing equipment further refines and screens these aggregates to meet the strict quality standards of infrastructure and building projects. What sets Luojiang’s construction equipment cluster apart is its expertise in linking these two devices into seamless, efficient production lines. For instance, pairing a high-performance sand making machine with intelligent aggregate processing equipment not only cuts material waste by optimizing particle sorting but also boosts resource reuse—perfectly aligning with the nation’s green construction goals. This well-executed integration has turned the cluster into a reliable, go-to supplier for construction projects across the country, directly reinforcing Quanzhou’s status as a front-runner in the national construction equipment sector.e
