Precautions for Mortar Mixer
The installation site of the mortar mixing machine shall be flat and solid. The mortar mixer shall be placed stably and firmly with reliable fixation. All traveling wheels must be separated from the ground, and the unit base shall be elevated appropriately to streamline the discharging process.
A professional mortar mixing machine requires full-time dedicated operation. On-site staff should carry out daily routine upkeep as per standard rules including cleaning, fastening, lubrication, adjustment and corrosion protection. Before raw material mixing, start the mortar mixer and wait for stable operation state. Add aggregates, cement paste and water in order during the mixing machine working. It is forbidden to launch the twin shaft mixer with full loading. All sand raw materials need screening treatment, and the feeding amount shall never exceed the rated capacity of the twin shaft mixer.

Before powering on, operators need to check electrical insulation, neutral wire connection and leakage protection devices. Examine all mechanical parts, complete protective guards for gears and belt pulleys, and inspect internal baffles of the mixing tank. Only after full safety confirmation can the mortar mixer be started formally. Avoid hard collision with mixing blades during feeding, and it is absolutely unsafe to stretch tools into the mixing tank for material handling while the twin shaft mixer is running.
Avoid hard debris such as large stones, metal fragments and iron wires from entering the mortar mixer's mixing chamber. Once foreign objects fall in, stop the mixing machine completely and take out blockages manually. Do not clean or salvage sundries during continuous operation of the twin shaft mixer. When motor stalling occurs, cut off power supply instantly for troubleshooting. No prying or digging with spades and sticks is allowed under electrified status. The drive motor should be kept dry and equipped with unobstructed ventilation conditions.
