
To strengthen the development of the company's talent team, comprehensively advance the strategy of invigorating the enterprise through talent, optimize the employee contingent, and enhance employees' management capabilities and comprehensive competence, thereby cultivating them into outstanding talents who understand management, can practice management, are adept at management, and meet the needs of the enterprise's development, the company has collaborated with Zhongxu Education Group, a well-known national training institution, and organized this systematic management learning activity.

The main participants of this activity included department supervisors, workshop directors, team leaders, warehouse staff, and all office personnel.
Before the training started, Wang Jianxiong, General Manager of Ninon Technology, delivered heartfelt remarks to the colleagues. General Manager Wang stated that "management" is of great significance to an enterprise, and employees' personal development is closely linked to the company's development. He hoped that through this training, the participants would gain insights in their future management work, achieve good results in their studies, and apply what they have learned in practice.


This training activity consisted of three sessions. The first session was led by Teacher Lu Jun from Zhongxu Education, who kicked off the training with a series of simple comic stories, making the content vivid and interesting. The second session was an interactive one, where participants, based on small cases, shared their management insights by combining their work experience with what they had learned in the first session. They also raised the difficulties encountered in their management process, and everyone conducted joint research and discussions, resulting in a highly enthusiastic atmosphere on site. The last session was a brief on-site summary assigned by Teacher Lu. After over three hours of training, participants wrote down their reflections on this training, their plans for future work, and their suggestions for the company's management.

The company specially invited a professional training institution to conduct this training, aiming to help everyone broaden their horizons, accumulate management experience, enhance personal qualities, and ultimately boost the enterprise's development and market competitiveness.
