Product Structure of Ninon High Frequency Vibrating Screen

There are two main types of high frequency vibratory screen: those screening equipment equipped with stainless steel woven screens and those with nylon screen grids. The vibratory screen surface of this vibratory screen is divided into three sections, enabling simultaneous ore feeding. To ensure that the pulp volume, mass fraction, and particle size across each section are nearly uniform, a pulp distributor is integrated. The pulp flowing through the pipeline from the distributor is evenly distributed onto the screen surface via a distribution plate and porous rubber plate.

The screen surface of screening equipment is a stainless steel woven mesh, assembled by overlapping three layers of screens with varying pore sizes. The top layer, with the smallest screen holes, serves as the main screen, sized according to the required screening particle size; the second layer, with screen holes one size larger than the top layer, acts as an anti-clogging screen; the third layer, with larger screen holes, provides structural support. The three layers are stretched into a single unit and then transversely tensioned and fixed to the screen frame.

Working Principle of Ninon High Frequency Vibratory Screen

Two motors drive two vibrators to operate synchronously and in opposite directions via belt couplings. The centrifugal forces generated by the two eccentric blocks act along the vibration direction, with their component forces canceling each other out to form a single excitation force along the vibration direction. The screen box of this high frequency vibrating screen performs reciprocating linear vibration at a 50-degree angle to the horizontal plane. Under the excitation force, materials on the screen surface of this screening equipment undergo continuous oblique upward throwing motion. The collision between the thrown material and the screen surface under high vibration intensity breaks the surface tension of the water film surrounding the particles, achieving solid-liquid separation.

Ninon Screening Equipment: High Frequency Vibrating Screen

This vibrating screen typically features three screen sections, with the pulp distributor splitting the feed into three paths for simultaneous segmented ore feeding. The vibrating screen is fixed to the screen frame, which is suspended by springs and supported by a bracket. The vibrator is installed in the upper-middle part of the screen frame, directly driving the frame to vibrate.

The Ninon high frequency vibratory screen is efficient, stable, long-lasting, and the ideal professional screening equipment for sand and aggregate screening.
