Following standardized procedures, Engineer Cai inspected the core VSI sand making machine. He examined the wear of rotors and impact blocks of the VSI sand making machine, monitored vibration and temperature data, and calibrated operating parameters to stabilize the particle shape and output efficiency of the VSI sand making machine. He retested the discharging performance of the VSI sand making machine and inspected the supporting bag dust collector to clean dust and optimize sealing performance, ensuring compliant and eco-friendly operation.
He adjusted the tension and anti-deviation devices of belt conveyors to avoid leakage and shutdown faults. He focused on the load-bearing brackets of the full set of sand making equipment, rechecked the horizontal accuracy, tightened anchor bolts, and eliminated resonance and loosening risks for thesand making equipment. He also inspected pipelines and shock-absorbing parts to ensure all components of the sand making equipment operated stably without abnormal friction.

Engineer Cai fully debugged the PLC intelligent control system supporting the aggregate shaping and sand making plant. He verified signal transmission, automatic start-stop and fault early warning functions of the aggregate shaping and sand making plant, cleaned and fastened electric terminals, and optimized automatic operation logic for the aggregate shaping and sand making plant. Simulation tests were completed to guarantee stable intelligent control of the entire aggregate shaping and sand making plant.
