Aggregate Production Line Environmental Production
The environmental pollution generated by sand and aggregate in an aggregate shaping and sand making plant mainly includes dust pollution, water pollution and noise pollution. This aggregate production line adopts a dry process, so water pollution is basically eliminated. For noise pollution, the sand making plant employs measures such as equipment vibration reduction, installing soft connections at the inlet and outlet of vibrating equipment, and enclosing the workshop to mitigate the issue. Among these, dust pollution remains the primary concern to be addressed.
Dust-producing units like primary crushing, secondary crushing, primary screening and secondary screening within the aggregate production line are fully enclosed, with dust collection air ducts installed at all dust-emitting points. The belt conveyor corridor of the sand making plant is also fully enclosed, ensuring stable operation of equipment even in strong winds and heavy rain, while preventing dust overflow and water pollution.

In the detailed design of each production unit of the aggregate shaping and sand making plant, equipment air leakage is strictly controlled, and the discharge height of non-standard chutes is shortened as much as possible under the premise of meeting the discharge angle.
A chain conveyor is installed beneath the dust collector of the secondary crushing and primary/secondary screening units in the aggregate production line to specially transport powder materials. This ensures that the dust discharged by the dust collector does not re-enter the production system to cause secondary dust, and also reduces the stone powder content in the finished aggregates.
The powder is transported to the powder silo for storage via conveyors and elevators in the sand making plant. A powder bulk shipment system is installed at the bottom of the powder silo for factory shipment. The powder silo is equipped with 1 stone powder silo, with a shipment system at the bottom and dust collection handled by the silo top dust collector. There are 4 storage silos for finished aggregates in the aggregate shaping and sand making plant, each with a bulk shipment system at the bottom, and the bulk loader collects dust through the silo top dust collector.
Ninon Dust Collector
Ninon dust collector adopts a modular structure and utilizes the offline dust cleaning principle. It achieves dust cleaning and removal through pulse jetting, can recover powders below 75μm, and has an emission concentration of up to 10 mg/m³, featuring high efficiency, environmental protection, and low noise.
