Today, a batch of core complete sets of modular aggregate shaping and sand making plant from the Ninon production workshop passed quality inspection and packaging, and were officially loaded onto trucks for delivery to Ruian Anchang project. The manufactured sand production line is comprising a reinforced steel structure frame, wear-resistant main machine body, national-standard energy-saving drive motors, as well as supporting screening and dust removal components. Strict quality control is implemented throughout all procedures from precision welding to complete machine commissioning, laying a solid foundation for efficient operation of customers' manufactured sand production line projects.
The main frame of the sand making plant is fabricated by modular welding of thickened I-beams, featuring stable vibration resistance as a whole. Its fully bolted assembly design enables easy disassembly and assembly, and prevents deformation during transportation for any aggregate processing plant deployment. The three-dimensional tower layout greatly reduces floor space occupation for on-site manufactured sand production line arrangement. The enclosed frame combined with negative-pressure dust suppression design stops dust leakage during production, making the sand making plant applicable to multiple working scenarios such as mining areas with stringent environmental requirements and building material aggregate yards. The core crushing body is integrally cast from high-strength wear-resistant cast steel, with high-impact resistant wear liners installed in the inner cavity to boost the durability of every aggregate crushing plant. The aggregate crushing plant shapes and processes raw ore into qualified aggregate via mature rock-on-rock crushing principle for any aggregate processing plant, delivering stable outputs for a complete manufactured sand production line. The produced sand and gravel feature regular and rounded particles with an extremely low proportion of needle-like and flaky grains, a key merit of premium aggregate shaping and sand making plant units.
