On April 26, 2018, Mr. Chen Yongzhen, Secretary-General of the Provincial Sand and Aggregate Association, visited Fujian Ninon Technology Co., Ltd. for inspection and guidance. The core purpose of this visit was to gain first-hand insights into the company’s R&D, production and application of sand making equipment and technologies, so as to provide accurate reference for the subsequent work of provincial government departments in promoting the standardized and high-quality development of the manufactured sand industry.
During the inspection, Secretary-General Chen first went to Ninon’s demonstration sand making plant. He carefully observed the entire production process of manufactured sand, focusing on the operation status of the core equipment — the VSI crusher. He asked in detail about the crushing efficiency, product particle size uniformity and energy consumption of the VSI crusher, and highly praised the stable performance of the equipment. Later, Secretary-General Chen had an in-depth exchange with Mr. Wang Jianxiong, General Manager of Ninon on key issues such as the quality advantages of manufactured sand products produced by the sand making plant, the current market demand and competition pattern, and the practical problems encountered in the promotion of VSI crusher in small and medium-sized sand and gravel enterprises.

Secretary-General Chen pointed out that the VSI crusher, as a key device for upgrading the sand making plant, plays a crucial role in improving the quality of manufactured sand and promoting the green development of the industry. He hoped that Ninon would continue to give full play to its technological advantages, further optimize the performance of the VSI crusher, and provide more efficient and environmentally friendly solutions for the transformation and upgrading of sand making plants across the province. In response, General Manager Wang Jianxiong said that Ninon will take this inspection as an opportunity to further increase R&D investment in sand making equipment such as the VSI crusher, and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of the provincial manufactured sand industry with more advanced technologies and equipment.
In conclusion, this inspection strengthened cooperation between the association and Ninon. The visit confirmed that advanced sand making plant technologies, particularly the high-performance vsi crusher, are pivotal to advancing the province's manufactured sand industry.
