It undertakes core technical tasks such as technological innovation, process improvement, design drafting, and performance testing. The R&D team closely monitors industry trends and, in alignment with market demands, proposes forward-looking product design solutions. These concepts are advanced through experimental validation and prototype testing to facilitate project implementation.

Additionally, the department provides technical support to the Production Department, addresses technical issues arising during the manufacturing process, and assists in the preparation of related technical documentation and process workflows.

The department must strictly adhere to the production plan, manage raw materials and equipment, and maintain efficient and orderly operation of the production line. It also bears direct responsibility for product quality, workplace safety, and equipment maintenance.

Furthermore, the Production Department is expected to maintain close communication with the R&D Department, providing timely feedback on issues encountered during trial and mass production, thereby supporting product optimization and technical improvements. Both departments must work in close collaboration to ensure the company’s technological leadership and market competitiveness.
