What is A Pulse Jet Baghouse ?

A pulse jet baghouse adopts independent chamber off-line cleaning to achieve uninterrupted dust removal work. Dust-containing flue gas enters the independent chamber hopper through the air inlet pipe, with large-particle dust settling naturally, while tiny particles attach to the outer layer of filter bags, and clean gas passes through the filter medium and is discharged up to standard. 

When dust accumulation raises the system resistance to the preset 1500 Pa, the control system closes the off-line valve of a single chamber according to pressure difference or timing signals. The pulse valve instantly sprays compressed air to blow off dust on the filter bags, and the falling dust is uniformly discharged through the unloading system to ensure stable long-term operation of the pulse jet baghouse.
