For core equipment renovation of the artificial sand production line, the team strictly followed assembly standards to disassemble rotors, crushing chambers and wear-resistant parts with classified protection, preventing transportation damage. During reinstallation, technicians calibrated equipment levelness and coaxiality, and adjusted spindle speed, intelligent lubrication and safety monitoring systems to optimize hard rock ultra-fine crushing parameters. This restores optimal crushing efficiency and grain shape quality, retaining the artificial sand production line's advantages of high output and low energy consumption, and greatly improving the long-term operational stability of the artificial sand production line.

In terms of structural optimization for the tower type sand making plant, the team completed full disassembly, position adjustment, reinforcement and reassembly of steel frames. Strict calibration of structural verticality and bearing capacity eliminated original layout risks, optimized mechanical stress distribution and improved overall operational stability and durability. These reinforced structures fully adapt to long-term high-load operation, building a reliable safety foundation for the tower type sand making plant and perfectly fitting the compact structural design of the tower type sand making plant.
For the belt conveyor system of the aggregate shaping and sand making plant, the team accurately adjusted racks, idlers and drive pulleys, implemented standard belt vulcanization splicing, and optimized conveying straightness, gradient and tension. It thoroughly solved common issues including belt deviation, jamming and excessive wear, ensuring continuous, stable and efficient material transportation for the aggregate shaping and sand making plant and guaranteeing consistent output of the aggregate shaping and sand making plant.
