Ninon ▎Solidified Soil Improved Soil Sludge Treatment Equipment

2026-06-24

In the resource recovery treatment of solid wastes such as engineering spoil, excavated muck, filter press mud cakes, dredged sludge, industrial sludge and marine soft soil, lump filling soil with high viscosity, high moisture content and mixed stone impurities poses the greatest treatment difficulty.

Such hard-to-treat materials mainly come from stockpiled marine silt, coastal foundation pit excavation soil, engineering excavated muck and stockyard dredged sludge, and wet soil remediation equipment is the core solution to tackle these problematic raw materials. Reliable wet soil remediation equipment can effectively cut down processing barriers, lays the foundation for stable sludge disposal, and guarantees long-term continuous production.

Treatment Process of Ninon Waste Sludge Solidification Equipment

The complete NINON waste sludge solidification equipment is designed for the solidification and stabilization of stone-free wet clay and filter press mud cakes. 90% of the finished discharge material has a particle size of ≤20 mm, and the particle size can be adjusted by hammer crusher and the equipment to less than 10 mm as required.

The complete production line allows flexible selection of core units based on raw material characteristics and finished product application scenarios, including: pre-treatment module fitted with hammer crusher, screening machine, hammer crusher to break mud, homogenizing mixing unit equipped with continuous twin shaft mixer, secondary hammer crusher, vibrating screen, air separator, as well as metering and conveying systems for solidifying agents and dewatering modifiers, which can be combined to build customized production lines.

Ninon Hammer Crusher

Hammer crusher undertakes coarse fragmentation of bulk clods at the front end, this hammer crusher removes oversized agglomerates, and this hammer crusher cooperates with screening equipment to separate gravel impurities, while the matched hammer crusher ensures uniform feed size for subsequent waste sludge solidification equipment.

Waste sludge solidification equipment integrates all processing sections, which relies on continuous twin shaft mixer to achieve homogeneous blending, adapts to variable sludge moisture levels, and produces standardized modified soil for engineering reuse.

Ninon Continuous Twin Shaft Mixer

Continuous twin shaft mixer replaces ordinary twin shaft mixer for intensive kneading; this continuous twin shaft mixer mixes soil, flocculant and curing agent evenly, this continuous twin shaft mixer runs stably under high-viscosity material load, this continuous twin shaft mixer delivers consistent mixing effect, and this continuous twin shaft mixer is the heart mixing unit of the whole waste sludge solidification equipment.

The complete treatment process is standardized: vibrating screening and mud removal equipment is firstly adopted to separate and remove gravel and foreign matter and break agglomerated mud with the assistance of hammer crusher. Polymer flocculants and solidification modifiers are then accurately dosed into the continuous twin shaft mixer, and the mixture is fully kneaded and blended inside this continuous twin shaft mixer. The mixed modified soil produced by waste sludge solidification equipment needs to be cured for 3 to 7 days before it can be reused as resource materials in various scenarios upon reaching standards, and wet soil remediation equipment monitors the whole curing preparation process to ensure product qualification.

Application of Solidified Soil

Modified soil is produced in multiple specifications: materials of 0–20 mm and 0–40 mm with a CBR value of ≥8% can be used as backfill for water supply, drainage and gas pipeline trenches; modified soil of 0–100 mm with a CBR value of ≥20%, together with 0–20 mm flowable solidified soil processed by wet soil remediation equipment, is widely applied in residential site grading, road subgrade construction, seawall and revetment filling and other projects. The treated solidified soil produced by waste sludge solidification equipment features stable mechanical properties and serves as a high-quality alternative filler for coastal backfilling and embankment projects, and the supporting continuous twin shaft mixer inside wet soil remediation equipment keeps the soil strength uniform to meet all geotechnical construction requirements.
