The mortar mixer boasts high efficiency and energy saving: the single mixing cycle lasts only 90 to 180 seconds adjustable for different mortar formulations, with low energy consumption. Ninon mortar mixer's maximum filling factor hits 0.75%. Equipped with a full-opening rapid discharge structure, the mortar mixer achieves residue-free, leak-free and fast material discharge for greatly improved throughput. The mortar mixer's core rotating blades are made of wear-resistant alloy castings, which can rapidly disperse colorants and fibers under high-speed shearing, making the mortar mixer ideal for special mortar mixing applications.

Adopting the 3D counter-flow mixing technology, Ninon CSM planetary countercurrent intensive mixer integrates three synergistic working mechanisms: high-speed blade shearing for material breaking-up, low-speed plow blade tumbling and reverse pan rotation. The planetary countercurrent intensive mixer supports continuous high-shear mixing and granulation of materials.

Multiple adjustable rotating speeds are available: high speeds enable thorough fiber dissolution, full pigment grinding and optimized fine fraction mixing to produce high-solid-content suspensions; medium speeds ensure consistent mixing quality; low speeds allow gentle incorporation of lightweight additives and foams. Its discharge residual rate is as low as 0.5%, achieving top-tier mixing performance in the industry.

The continuous twin shaft mixer achieves homogeneous blending of construction debris, sludge and other waste soils, converting waste materials into recycled aggregates applicable to roadbed backfilling and other engineering projects.
