The dry-processed manufactured sand production line is a highly integrated and automated system. Work Flow of Sand Making?
During the production process, raw materials are first fed uniformly and steadily into a crusher by a vibrating feeder for initial crushing, a step commonly referred to as primary crushing. Subsequently, the initially crushed material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to the next stage crusher for secondary and tertiary crushing, to achieve a particle size more suitable for sand making requirements. After secondary and tertiary crushing, the material is again conveyed by a belt conveyor into the sand making equipment for further fine crushing and shaping, resulting in a more uniform and fine-grained sand.

Upon completion of sand making, the vibrating screen performs classification screening on the sand, separating different particle sizes to meet the diverse needs of customers. Simultaneously, the elevator lifts the screened sand to a certain height, preparing it for subsequent storage and transportation. Throughout the entire production process, the high-efficiency classifier plays a crucial role by precisely controlling the stone powder content within the sand, ensuring that the sand quality meets national standards.
