Equipment Application

This vibrating feeder is specially designed for the uniform feeding of large-sized materials ahead of primary/secondary crushers in crushing and screening operations. The vibratory feeder adopts a dual eccentric shaft exciter structure, which guarantees the equipment can withstand the heavy impact of falling large materials and boasts a high feeding capacity. In the complete production flow, the vibrating feeder can transfer bulk and granular materials from storage bins to receiving devices uniformly, regularly and continuously, thus preventing unexpected downtime of receiving equipment caused by uneven feeding and effectively extending the overall service life of the equipment.

Vibratory feeders are available in two structural types: steel plate structure and grizzly bar structure. Steel plate structured vibrating feeders are mostly applied in sand and gravel production lines to deliver all materials evenly into crushing equipment; grizzly bar structured vibratory feeders can conduct rough screening of materials, making the entire system configuration more economical and rational, and such feeders have become an indispensable piece of equipment in crushing and screening plants worldwide.

Equipment Structure

In sand and gravel production lines, the vibratory feeder supplies continuous and uniform feeding to crushers, thoroughly avoiding blockage at the crusher feed opening. The vibrating feeder operates by utilizing the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of eccentric blocks inside the vibrator, which forces movable components including the screen box and vibrator to conduct forced continuous circular or approximate circular motion. Materials then perform continuous throwing movements along the inclined screen surface with the screen box, and are sent continuously and evenly into the crusher feed opening steadily.
