Recently, as part of the national "dual carbon" strategy, Fujian Province implemented power rationing and production suspension measures to control energy consumption. Despite heavy production tasks, Fujian Green Energy Technology organized valuable training for frontline employees during this period.
On October 5th, the Production Department, together with Quality Control and Technical R&D, held a special training session on "Basic Knowledge and General Processes of Welding." This training was particularly relevant since welding quality directly impacts the performance and durability of our core product—the sand making machine.
Over 50 personnel participated, including members from each steel structure team, main machine team, and key electric welders who all play crucial roles in sand making machine production.
The course, led by Engineer Zhang from Quality Management, focused on practical skills essential for manufacturing high-quality sand making machine components:
(1)Shielded metal arc welding applications
(2)Welding of common metal materials
(3)Reasonable weld arrangement
(4)Various welding processes and quality control measures
The training covered both traditional techniques and new welding technologies, all aimed at improving the precision and durability of sand making machine components.
Trainees listened attentively, took detailed notes, and actively engaged with the lecturer. This training significantly deepened employees' understanding of welding principles and quality requirements specific to sand making machine manufacturing, further enhancing their professional skills and contributing to overall product excellence.
On the afternoon of October 8th, Engineer Zhang and Engineer Ma from the Quality Inspection Department co-hosted a meeting themed "Analysis of Production and Processing Quality." The Quality Inspection Department summarized and analyzed the production quality of various projects since the beginning of this year, with special attention to our core product—the sand making machine. All teams spoke freely, actively putting forward improvement measures and insightful ideas focusing on quality enhancement for the sand making machine.
After the meeting, everyone gained a profound understanding: quality is built through practice. It lies in a thorough comprehension of products like the sand making machine and their processes, and only by adhering to the craftsmanship spirit of striving for excellence can we achieve our goals. To produce high-quality sand making machine products, one must master theoretical knowledge, apply it to practical operations, and continuously summarize and improve—only then can one work with ease and proficiency.
This training has enhanced frontline employees' ability to read and interpret drawings for the sand making machine, improved their process knowledge, quality awareness, and welding skills, thereby elevating the overall capability and quality of the team. It has played a positive role in ensuring the high quality of Ninon's sand making machine, meeting customers' ever-increasing demand for high-quality products, and boosting the company's market competitiveness and brand building.
Going forward, Ninon will regularly and continuously organize various skill training programs focused on sand making machine production to lay a solid foundation for driving the vigorous development of the enterprise.
