Dry Mix Mortar Plant Process Flow

Raw material pretreatment is the foundational step in a dry mix mortar plant: River sand undergoes drying and screening, with strict control of moisture content < 0.5%, mud content < 1%, and particle size distribution within 0–2.5mm; sand ore is processed through crushing, drying, grinding, and screening in sequence; raw materials from solid waste require multiple screening steps to remove impurities. The processed cementitious materials, fillers, and additives are lifted to storage silos for temporary storage, laying the groundwork for subsequent operations in the ready mix mortar plant.
