Fine Crushing: After secondary crushing, the materials are conveyed by belt conveyor to the sand making machine in the sand making plant for fine crushing and shaping. They are then screened by a vibrating screen, which is an indispensable part of the crushing and screening equipment. Materials with suitable particle size enter the next cleaning stage of the aggregate production line, while unsuitable ones are returned to the sand making machine for further crushing, ensuring the stability of the sand making plant's output.

Washing: Qualified aggregates processed by the aggregate shaping and sand making plant are sent to the sand washer for cleaning. The washed sand and gravel, which are the final products of the aggregate production line, can be used as building materials after dewatering and drying, reflecting the practical value of the entire production process supported by high-quality crushing and screening equipment.
