Ensure a Reasonable Operating Environment As Much As Possible
During the normal crushing operation of the sand making machine, the air eddy current in the crushing chamber creates an ideal dust collection environment, and generally, there will be no large amount of dust overflow. When starting and stopping the sand making machine, the effect of the air eddy current in the crushing chamber is weakened, leading to a large amount of dust overflow. Install a water spray device at the discharge hole, which is interlocked with the motor switch of the sand making equipment. When starting and stopping the machine, it will automatically spray water to reduce dust, achieving the effect of controlling dust overflow for the sand production line. Reduce the harmful vibration of the sand making machine through measures such as reasonable positioning and adding shock absorption devices for the sand making plant.
Timely Removal of Impurities from Crushed Materials
During feeding of the artificial sand production line, mixed impurities such as iron pieces or oversize materials may occur, which can cause damage to the sand making machine and even the entire sand production line. Install a grizzly screen at the feed opening of the sand making equipment to remove oversize impurities. Install a high-intensity magnetic separator above the conveyor belt near the discharge outlet of the sand making plant. Regularly inspect and clean the magnetic separator to remove trapped impurities for the sand production line. The above operations shall be performed during production to prevent impurities from affecting the sand making machine and the sand production line.
Prevent Impeller Rotation Error Caused by Motor Reverse Rotation
After maintenance, especially electrical maintenance of the sand making equipment, verify the motor rotation direction before commencing crushing operation of the sand making plant. Mark the correct motor rotation direction with a painted arrow on the motor, and confirm the direction at the feed inlet of the sand making machine in the artificial sand production line. Incorrect impeller rotation direction of the sand making machine will result in poor material distribution performance of the distributor and increase equipment wear of the sand making plant.

Ensure the rotation direction and speed of the two motors are identical for the sand making equipment. Any abnormality will cause irreversible damage to the motors, increase the load on one motor, burn out the coil, and shorten the service life of the motors used in the sand production line.

Proper Use & Ensure Adequate Lubrication Oil
As a key component of the sand making machine, the bearing features a sophisticated internal structure and is difficult to disassemble and assemble. Therefore, the normal operation of the oil station is critical for the sand making plant. Regularly record the return oil temperature and observe the quality of return oil for the sand making equipment. Ensure effective and sufficient lubrication at all key lubrication points of the artificial sand production line. Confirm the recommended oil type with the manufacturer to ensure accurate and timely oil replenishment for the sand making machine.
Ensure Proper Tension of V-Belts
Daily management such as judging V-belt aging and controlling tension is particularly critical for sand making equipment driven by dual motors in the sand production line. ① V-belts should be inspected regularly for the sand making plant. It is recommended to replace all belts at one time and use belts from the same manufacturer, same model and same batch for the sand making machine. ② After replacement, run the new V-belts idle for 30 minutes and readjust the tension for the artificial sand production line. Then start material feeding operation, and readjust the tension again after 8 hours of running for the sand making equipment.
Set Key Parameters and Record Operation Status
It is necessary to design record forms to document key data in detail for the sand making plant, and conduct weekly data analysis to evaluate the equipment operation status of the sand production line. Meanwhile, install monitoring devices at the feed hopper of the sand making machine and the motor drive parts of the sand making equipment to observe the equipment running status in a timely manner for the artificial sand production line.
