Ningbo Yongke Transportation Industry Co., Ltd. has built a R&D center, automated production lines, a three-in-one pavement plant, and supporting facilities. The project's raw material is tuff, boasting a compressive strength of up to 200 MPa and 60% silica content; its extreme abrasiveness and high density make it notoriously hard to crush, requiring a rugged and efficient sand making machine.

After comprehensively analyzing Ningbo Yongke's specific technical requirements, technical engineers from Ninon promptly developed a tailored process plan. This manufactured sand production line stood out by exceeding all tender indicators, outperforming numerous competitors with its superior strength and quality, and ultimately securing the cooperation. Immediately after purchasing this sand making machine, Ningbo Yongke put the manufactured sand production line into full-scale operation, where it now runs stably for an average of 20 hours per day, meeting the project's intensive production demands.
The comprehensive supply scope for this project covers the entire system from the frequency conversion metering feed belt to the discharge belt, centered on the Ninon sand making machine. It includes core components such as the manufactured sand production line's sand making and shaping modules, gradation adjusters, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screening equipment, air separation devices, humidifiers, dust collectors, stone powder ratio adjustment systems, crushed stone surface dedusting units, and frequency conversion induced draft fans—along with all supporting components, non-standard parts, pipelines, electrical control equipment and systems, and steel structures up to the stone powder storage facilities.
A core advantage of this sand making machine lies in its flexible adaptability to diverse crushing needs. When processing 5–40 mm feedstock to produce Class I sand with a fineness modulus of 2.8, the manufactured sand production line achieves an output of over 100 t/h of high-quality manufactured sand.
