Working Principle & Structural Design
1. Circular Vibrating Screen
The circular vibrating screen achieves screening through an eccentric block exciter that produces a three-dimensional elliptical motion. In this type of vibratory screen, the long axis of the ellipse acts as the material throwing direction, while the short axis provides the main vibration force, making materials move forward in a spiral and jumping trajectory.

Driven by a single-shaft or twin-shaft exciter with gear synchronization or universal joint transmission, the circular vibratory screen offers stable performance for heavy-duty screening. Its amplitude ranges from 4–8 mm, with a working frequency of 700–1000 r/min. The screen surface inclination is adjustable between 15° and 25°, and the excitation force can be flexibly modified by adding or reducing counterweights.
2. Linear Vibrating Screen
The linear vibrating screen relies on two motors rotating in opposite directions to create directional linear vibration. As a highly efficient vibrating screen, it pushes materials to move in a parabolic jumping pattern on the screen surface.

Equipped with two identical vibration motors installed symmetrically, this linear vibrating screen features an amplitude of 2–6 mm and a frequency range of 900–1500 r/min. The inclination of its screen surface can be adjusted from 0° to 10°, and the excitation force is precisely controlled by changing the angle of the motor eccentric blocks.

●Mining Industry: Suitable for coarse, medium and fine particle classification of iron ore, copper ore and other minerals, such as 0–5 mm, 5–20 mm and 20–40 mm grading.
●Building Materials Industry: Ideal for gradation adjustment of manufactured sand with a fineness modulus of 2.3–3.0, as well as screening cooled cement clinker.
●Environmental Protection: Used for impurity separation and recycling of aggregates from construction waste.
2. Applications of Linear Vibrating Screen
The linear vibratory screen stands out as a high-efficiency vibrating screen for precise classification and dewatering:
● Coal Industry: Applied in raw coal classification (separating +50 mm lump coal and -50 mm fine coal) and coal slime dewatering.
● Metallurgical Industry: Used for cooling and screening sintered ore under a temperature of ≤150 °C.
Grain Processing: Used for impurity removal and grading screening of soybeans, corn and other grains.
