Employee Training

Ninon's Production Department, in collaboration with the Quality Control and R&D Departments, organized a specialized training session every month to help frontline staff gain a deeper understanding of product quality and its core significance.
Participants included team members from the steel structure and main machine units, as well as key welding personnel. The training covered essential topics in mechanical drawing, including basic principles of technical drafting, object projection and three-view drawings, commonly used methods of component representation, part and assembly drawings, and sheet metal unfolding techniques.
To enhance understanding, instructors used real product examples to compare 2D engineering drawings with 3D models, and interactive teaching methods were adopted to improve trainees’ grasp of mechanical drafting.
As a result, the frontline workers significantly improved their abilities in reading and interpreting technical drawings, as well as their process knowledge, quality awareness, and welding skills. This training initiative has greatly enhanced the overall competence and professionalism of the team. It also plays a vital role in ensuring the high quality of Ninons products, meeting customers’ increasing expectations, and strengthening the company’s market competitiveness and brand image.
