High Frequency Vibrating Screen
Key Features
1.The High Frequency Vibrating Screen adopts either a high-frequency hydraulic vibration control system or a multi-motor vibration control system, delivering high-frequency vibrations (2900–6000 RPM) directly to the screen mesh. This effectively prevents screen clogging during powder screening, fine material classification, and manufactured sand processing, thereby maximizing throughput.
Compared with conventional screening equipment, high frequency screen offer higher screening efficiency and greater capacity, with improved adaptability to wet and sticky materials. The High Frequency Vibrating Screen Mesh is generally installed at an inclination of 38–43 degrees, but an adjustable tail-end vibration motor can be added to reduce the angle (to 20–25 degrees) and overall installation height. Auxiliary airflow can also be integrated to further enhance fine sand screen performance.
2、Small amplitude: Fine particles are more likely to contact the fine sand screen surface, increasing the probability of separation and significantly improving screening efficiency.
3、High frequency: The direct vibration on the high frequency vibrating screen mesh enables rapid stratification of material, resulting in superior anti-clogging performance. With auxiliary airflow, a minimum cut size of 300 μm can be achieved.
4、Quick tensioning system: The external rapid tensioning mechanism allows for quick fine sand screen changes, significantly increasing equipment uptime and reducing maintenance costs.
5、Non-vibrating screen frame: The fine sand screen frame itself remains static during operation, reducing civil engineering and installation costs, improving sealing, and enhancing environmental protection.
6、Lower energy consumption: Compared to conventional equipment with the same processing capacity, the high frequency screen consumes less energy, lowering operational costs.
7、Low noise operation: Provides a more environmentally friendly and user-friendly working environment.
8、Capacity: For finished materials below 2 mm, throughput of high frequency screen ranges from 10 to 50 tons per hour.

Range of Configuration

1.The high frequency screen is widely used across various industries due to its superior precision and efficiency. Its primary application is in the classification of fine materials, particularly in manufactured sand, mineral processing, and powder screening.
2.The fine sand screenare especially effective in separating particles smaller than 2 mm, making high frequency screen ideal as a fine sand screen for grading and quality control in sand production lines. Screening machines with high frequency drive deliver rapid vibrations directly to the high frequency vibrating screen mesh, significantly enhancing stratification and preventing clogging, even with wet or sticky materials.
3.In mining and mineral processing, high frequency screen are used to separate valuable minerals from gangue with high precision. The high frequency vibrating screen mesh allows for efficient separation down to 300 μm when combined with auxiliary airflow, making fine sand screen suitable for powder classification and dry screening of ultrafine materials.
4.Additionally, these screening machines with high frequency drive are applied in industrial sectors such as food processing, chemicals, and recycling, where fine particle separation is crucial. Thanks to their low energy consumption, high capacity, and quick screen change capabilities, fine sand screen have become essential equipment in modern fine material processing systems.
On-site View

Yes, we provide fully customized equipment solutions based on client requirements, including size specifications, functional configurations, and capacity design to meet the unique demands of each project.
Yes, we provide comprehensive installation and commissioning support, either on-site or through remote technical assistance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
The standard warranty period for most core equipment is generally 12 months, with exact terms defined in the purchase agreement.
First, customers should provide information on the type and hardness of local raw materials (e.g., granite, river pebbles, limestone etc.). Next, customers need to specify the desired finished product requirements, including fineness modulus and particle shape. Then, based on the required production capacity (e.g., tons per hour), different models can be recommended—for example, a shaping sand making machine for higher output, or equipment tailored for ordinary or specialized mortar production depending on the application. Finally, customers can select and customize the equipment based on site conditions, installation environment, energy consumption, maintenance costs, and overall project budget.
Our equipment complies with international standards, including ISO 9001 quality management certification,ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System. Third-party inspections, such as SGS reports, can be arranged based on specific customer requirements.
We accept multiple payment methods, including T/T, L/C, and others as agreed upon in the contract. The Incoterms accepted are generally FOB,CFR,CIF,DAP,and also depending on the terms specified in the contract.
