Key Features

1.Waste-to-Resource Conversion – Energy Efficient & Eco-Friendly

The fly ash pelletizing machine effectively converts powdery, lumpy, and offcut industrial waste into recyclable granules, significantly reducing waste discharge and complying with environmental policies. Once processed, the granules are easier to transport, store, and reuse in fly ash processing equipment lines producing recycled construction materials, flooring compounds, bricks, and road subbase materials.

2.Adaptable to a Wide Range of Raw Materials
The fly ash processing plant supports diverse input materials such as gypsum, mineral powder, fly ash, steel slag, ceramic powders, and dry-mix mortar waste. Select models of fly ash pelletizing machine can process materials with moisture content between 8–15%, enhancing raw material flexibility.

3.Stable Granulation with High-Quality Output
The fly ash pelletizing machine consistently produces well-shaped, high-strength granules, ideal for packaging and reuse. Granule size is adjustable based on specific process requirements (typically 3–20 mm), ensuring versatility across various fly ash processing plant applications.

4.Diverse Structures for Flexible Process Adaptation
5.Highly Automated, Customizable Production Lines

The fly ash processing plant can be integrated with systems for feeding, weighing, mixing, drying, screening, dust collection, and packaging to achieve full-line automation. PLC control in fly ash processing equipment enables intelligent operation, real-time monitoring, and fault detection for enhanced efficiency and reliability.

6.Easy Maintenance and Durable Performance
Core components of the fly ash pelletizing machine are made from wear-resistant materials, ensuring stability during long-term, high-load operation. The compact design of fly ash processing equipment simplifies maintenance and part replacement, enhancing operational reliability.

Process Flow

1.Wastes pelletizing, screening and crushing into storage silo

The material in fly ash processing plant handling begins with excavation and volume reduction. If necessary, the material undergoes pre-washing or dewatering. Oversized particles are removed through screening, and optionally crushed further, before being fed into the raw material bin.

2.Low-speed dosing in metering bin

Fly Ash Processing Equipment setup uses a specialized variable-frequency screw conveyor or belt conveyor to transfer the material into a metering silo. After accurate measurement, the material is gradually delivered by a precision screw unit into the primary mixer for controlled, slow-speed dosing.

3.Add chemical stabilizers to disperse agglomerates

Chemical additives and other stabilizers are introduced to initiate a thermal mixing reaction. This stage utilizes a horizontal-axis intensive mixer—equipped with high-speed cutting blades—to disintegrate agglomerates and enhance the solid-liquid interaction surface area.

4.Reactive Solidification of Waste Materials

Once the initial mixing is complete, the mixture enters the second phase of reaction and curing. A high-shear 3D counterflow mixer is used to blend additional chemicals, binders, fine sand, and water, forming a high-viscosity non-Newtonian slurry. The resulting compound is designed for high density and low porosity—key targets in Fly ash pelletizing machine operations.

5.Material Discharge Mode after Mixing

(1)Vibrational molding for form-setting or granulation for centralized stockpiling

(2)Transfer by dump truck to landfills, or sealing in containers for permanent storage

6.Eco-friendly and Intelligent Control System

This fly ash processing plant operates in a fully enclosed system and includes comprehensive environmental controls. It features dust suppression units, gas condensation and collection systems, and dedicated water treatment facilities. Throughout the Fly Ash Processing Equipment, key process parameters are continuously monitored via integrated sensors and a PLC-based control system.

Range of Configuration

Fly ash pelletizing machine

1.Land Reclamation and Soil Improvement
The Fly Ash Processing Equipment enables the conversion of fly ash into granulated soil amendments. The fly ash processing plant often combines pelletizing with neutralizing agents, making it useful for land reclamation and reducing soil acidity or heavy metal content.

2.Waste-to-Resource Industrial Applications
In solid waste recycling sectors, Fly ash processing plants incorporate the fly ash pelletizing machine to transform industrial by-products into value-added materials. These pellets are used in flooring compounds, lightweight aggregates, and even insulation fillers.

3.Energy and Power Plant By-Product Management
Power stations utilize Fly Ash Processing Equipment to manage by-products. The fly ash pelletizing machine helps compact the fly ash, reducing volume and facilitating safer, more efficient storage or transport.

4.Environmental Building Materials Production
The Fly ash pelletizing machine is widely used in the production of eco-friendly building materials such as bricks, tiles, and concrete blocks. By integrating into a Fly ash processing plant, it transforms loose fly ash into high-strength granules suitable for structural applications.

  • Is Ninon provide installation and commissioning services?

Yes, we provide comprehensive installation and commissioning support, either on-site or through remote technical assistance, to ensure optimal equipment performance.

  • What is the warranty period for the products?

The standard warranty period for most core equipment is generally 12 months, with exact terms defined in the purchase agreement.

  • How to Choose the Most Suitable Equipment?

First, customers should provide information on the type and hardness of local raw materials (e.g., granite, river pebbles, limestone etc.). Next, customers need to specify the desired finished product requirements, including fineness modulus and particle shape. Then, based on the required production capacity (e.g., tons per hour), different models can be recommended—for example, a shaping sand making machine for higher output, or equipment tailored for ordinary or specialized mortar production depending on the application. Finally, customers can select and customize the equipment based on site conditions, installation environment, energy consumption, maintenance costs, and overall project budget.

  • What certification standards do the machines comply with?
