(1) Hangzhou Asphalt Mixing Center
May 2018 : Hangzhou Asphalt Mixing Center's high-grade pavement project began operation using Ninon's complete manufactured sand production line, producing fine aggregate for asphalt concrete. In October, a Guangzhou delegation visited and praised Ninon's equipment quality.
(2) Shanxi Project
July 2018 : Shanxi customer's 200,000-ton fine manufactured sand production line started operations. This Ninon-designed line produces sand for concrete and dry-mix mortar.
(3) Hunan Liuyang Building Materials
August 2018 : Hunan Liuyang Building Materials' DS100 eco-friendly sand-making line (featuring advanced sand making machine) passed environmental assessment and began producing river sand replacement，benefiting local construction and environmental protection.
(4) Longyan East Ring Expressway project
November 2018 : CCCC First Highway Engineering's Longyan East Ring Expressway project adopted Ninon's DS100 dry sand making tower, a specialized sand making machine designed for high-performance applications. This advanced manufactured sand production line delivers consistent, high-quality sand that meets the most demanding concrete specifications for bridge and tunnel construction. The DS100's precise control system ensures optimal particle shape and gradation, contributing to the project's structural integrity and durability while supporting efficient construction processes.
(5) Shandong Project
December 2018 : Two DS120 sand making machine commenced operations in Shandong. Despite freezing temperatures and challenging conditions, Ninon's professional installation team worked tirelessly, demonstrating exceptional dedication and technical expertise to ensure the equipment was commissioned on schedule. Their hard work not only met but exceeded customer expectations, earning high praise, recognition, and strengthening the trusting partnership.
