After navigating the challenging 2023—marked by global order reshaping, economic disruptions, and industry involution—Fujian Ninon Technology Co., Ltd. persisted by accumulating strength, focusing on R&D of core products like sand making machine and aggregate processing equipment, and launching new offerings. To boost competitiveness for 2024, the company held a marketing summary, exchange, and training conference from January 31 to February 2.

First, the Chief Engineer and Technical Department Manager trained the Marketing Department on key products. They covered basics (such as sand making machine’s crushing principles and screening structures), model specifications, core advantages (like the sand making machine’s adjustable gradation and low energy consumption), working condition matching (e.g., which sand making machine suits granite vs. tailings), and basic solutions. 

Designers from the New Product R&D Team also detailed newly developed equipment—including upgraded aggregate processing equipment for ultra-fine mineral crushing and a high-efficiency sand making machine variant. The Marketing Department shared latest market dynamics (such as rising demand for energy-saving sand making machines) and offered suggestions for technical upgrades, followed by interactive discussions. Post-meeting, the R&D team led marketers to the workshop to observe new sand making machine and aggregate processing equipment, and watch material-feeding tests.

The new products highlighted ultra-fine crushing and screening (a key function of advanced aggregate processing equipment). On-site tests included fine crushing and shear stripping of granite, glass waste, and asphalt millings (RAP) using upgraded aggregate processing equipment, plus tests of the 3D counter-flow shear mixer for clay, mortar, and powder—all yielding excellent results. Notably, a new sand making machine prototype, optimized for handling hard materials like granite, demonstrated improved output and particle shape during tests.

Next, the company held the 2023 Marketing Management Center Annual Summary Meeting. General Manager Wang Jianxiong summarized the year’s work, noting progress in promoting machinery. He proposed revisions for underperforming areas (such as enhancing after-sales support for large aggregate processing equipment) and outlined priorities: accelerating R&D of intelligent sand making machines, expanding market share for high-end aggregate processing equipment, strengthening brand building around these core products, and improving after-sales service.

Looking to 2024, GM Wang urged all employees to prioritize "technology, innovative products, and customer value"—specifically, upgrading sand making machine’s intelligence and environmental performance. He also emphasized enhancing safety, quality, and efficiency awareness across departments, staying close to market needs, and competing proactively to drive growth.
