In September 2019, Jiangxi Provincial Communications Engineering Group Co., Ltd. needed to purchase a 100T/H manufactured sand production line for the Zhejiang Jingwen Highway JWTJ-02 construction project—core equipment to supply qualified sand for the project's key structures. To select reliable equipment, the project launched a domestic public bidding and invited Ninon Technology to participate in the bid for the manufactured sand production line. Ninon attached great importance to this opportunity, as the project's demand for high-quality manufactured sand directly tested the performance of its sand making machine and the overall efficiency of the manufactured sand production line. With full cooperation from departments like R&D (which optimized the sand making machine's parameters for the project) and sales (which refined the bidding proposal), Ninon successfully completed the bidding work. After evaluation experts scored comprehensively through business, technical, and on-site inspections—especially focusing on the sand making machine's durability and stability—Ninon finally won the bid with the highest score.


The project's raw material is 5-30mm granite gravel (with powder and mud content <2% and moisture content <1%), and Ninon's manufactured sand production line—equipped with a high-performance sand making machine—was tailor-made for this material. The sand making machine in the production line uses advanced crushing and shaping technology, ensuring the high-quality manufactured sand produced meets the project's strict standards. The actual effective production capacity of the manufactured sand production line reaches 100 t/h for manufactured sand, fully matching the project's construction schedule.


Notably, the production line has outstanding adjustability: the gradation and fineness modulus of the finished sand can be continuously adjusted, and the stone powder content is controllable—all relying on the precise control system of the sand making machine. The final finished sand has a fineness modulus of 2.3-3.0 and a stone powder content of less than 5%, which fully meets the requirements for high-grade concrete (C60) used in expressway bridges and tunnels, as well as the sand needs for the project’s bridge substructures, superstructures, and beam slabs. This also verified the reliability of Ninon’s sand making machine and the practical value of its manufactured sand production line in large-scale highway projects.
