Currently, Ninon employs around 50 staff, among whom are a team of senior R&D engineers specializing in building materials, machinery, automatic control, and testing—many of whom have in-depth experience in optimizing sand making machine and VSI crusher. The company also boasts a group of professional, high-caliber technical service personnel proficient in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of vertical shaft impact crusher and sand making machine. To strengthen its technological edge, Ninon has proactively built comprehensive cooperative relationships with domestic research institutes and universities, jointly exploring innovations in sand making machine efficiency, vertical shaft impact crusher wear resistance, and VSI crusher particle shaping performance. Additionally, it has set up a material laboratory and a crushing test site—where raw materials like cobblestones and granite are tested to fine-tune the parameters of sand making machines and vertical shaft impact crusher—and holds nearly 20 invention patents and utility model patents in key fields: aggregate shaping via VSI crusher, sand making machine optimization, screening, powder separation, dust removal, and aggregate classification.
