This initiative has successfully transformed tunnel muck into high-quality construction materials through an advanced, environmentally friendly approach centered around modern sand making machine technology. Project Manager Zhang Kai emphasized that producing high-quality manufactured sand requires both superior raw materials and advanced equipment like the project's specialized sand making machine. The project's centerpiece is an innovative dry-process sand-making tower serving as the core sand making machine. This advanced equipment features a dual-main-machine configuration with automatic control over key parameters such as fineness modulus and powder content. 

The complete manufactured sand production line integrates multiple functions including shaping optimization, efficient sand production, gradation adjustment, stone powder control, humidity regulation, and environmental dust removal. This compact design reduces footprint while enhancing both efficiency and quality. The process begins with carefully selected tunnel muck that undergoes strict quality control. Suitable material then proceeds through a well-orchestrated sequence of coarse crushing, medium crushing, screening, sand making, and powder selection on the manufactured sand production line. 

Stringent quality control throughout the process ensures the final product meets or exceeds Class II fine aggregate standards according to JTG/T 3650-2020 and DB36/T 1153-2019 specifications. thThe successful implementation of this manufactured sand production line has:
