Recently, Fujian Ninon Technology Co., Ltd. passed the evaluation and defense organized by the "Luojiang District Bureau of Economic and Information Technology and Economic Advisory Group of Quanzhou Municipal Government". Thanks to its strong "capabilities in R&D and production of automated and intelligent equipment (including core sand making machine systems), possession of more than 20 relevant patents, and sound financial status", the company was awarded the title of "Intelligent Equipment Enterprise"—a first-batch recognition in Luojiang District—and included in the district’s intelligent enterprise repository. To better meet customers’ demand for efficient, smart sand production, Ninon researched and developed the "3rd Generation DS Dry Sand-Making Equipment" in 2017. The core of this equipment lies in its intelligent sand-making control system, which not only retains various precision display instruments in the control cabinet but also adds a host computer system for centralized management.
To optimize the sand making machine’s operation, a belt scale is installed at the raw material feeding end, enabling accurate control of the main machine’s feeding amount and avoiding overload or underload of the sand making machine. It’s main unit is also equipped with a full set of monitoring systems: a main machine current detection system, a main machine vibration amplitude detection system, a multi-point temperature detection system for main machine lubricating oil, and a pressure detection system—all designed to track the sand making machine’s working status in real time. Additionally, a belt scale is added at the finished product discharge end to accurately calculate the sand making machine’s output, ensuring transparent production data.
