As the mid-year sprint begins, Ninon held a marketing meeting on July 13 to review achievements, analyze problems, and plan the second half.
Over 20 leaders, regional managers, and R&D staff gathered to focus on core priorities—strengthening market position with advanced sand making machine technology and comprehensive aggregate processing equipment solutions. Discussions highlighted how optimized sand making machine performance and integrated aggregate processing equipment lines can drive breakthroughs in the second half, setting new standards for quality and efficiency.
At the meeting, General Manager Wang Jianxiong announced the first-half marketing target data. He noted that while progress was made in marketing, shortcomings remained: amid industry downturn and intense involution, the incremental market shrank sharply, and the company’s high-end positioning—especially for sand making machine and aggregate processing equipment—and pricing weighed on performance.
Following industry trends, the company advances R&D on precision gear, including: ultra-fine sand equipment (supporting sand making machine upgrades), asphalt RAP equipment, high-performance concrete solutions, precision screening gear (key for aggregate processing equipment), tailings purification tech, and glass recycling sets.
Manager Wang urged departments to clarify responsibilities, speed up R&D, integrate tech to subvert traditional processes—even in “no-man’s-land.” For products like sand making machine and waste recycling equipment, he stressed low-carbon design, core IP development, better coordination, and optimized workflows to drive project progress.

Manager Wang listened closely and gave targeted advice: deepen research on customer needs for sand making machine efficiency and aggregate processing equipment adaptability, address industry pain points like high energy consumption in these devices, expand after-sales services for them, and track policies/trends to focus on high-potential tracks.
