Background


Against the backdrop of the industry’s technological upgrading and industrial transformation, higher demands have been placed on the purity, fineness, strength, particle size distribution (PSD), and shape of raw materials (sand). To address this, Ninon has achieved a major breakthrough by developing a suite of fine sand complete equipment—with the HCC grinding equipment and advanced sand making machine as core components—that initiates a new sand (powder) production mode. This equipment lineup includes fine crushing HCC grinding equipment, precision screening tools (high-frequency screens, air flow screens), HMW scrubbing equipment, and complete sets of fine sand precision screening equipment, generally classified into specifications of 8-140-200-325-400 mesh. Both the HCC grinding equipment and the sand making machine are engineered to enhance processing efficiency, ensuring raw materials meet strict quality standards that traditional setups struggle to achieve.


Equipment Process Flow

The new production mode supported by Ninon’s equipment offers two optimized process flows, each leveraging the HCC grinding equipment and sand making machine for superior results. 

For the dry process: it starts with fine crushing via the sand making machine, followed by iron and impurity removal, powder removal, classification, and final packaging. 

For the wet process: it begins with fine crushing using the HCC grinding equipment, then proceeds to iron removal and powder separation, scrubbing, magnetic flotation, acid cleaning, purification, drying, and packaging. 


Critical to the success of this new mode is pre-classification preparation, where raw materials must be kept dry (moisture content below 0.3%), free of powder (generally below 0.5%), and free of impurities—conditions that the HCC grinding equipment and sand making machine are calibrated to maintain during processing. 

Additionally, to adapt to diverse on-site needs, the equipment structure (including the frame for the HCC grinding equipment and sand making machine) can be designed as a horizontal layout or a tower structure.
