On November 11, 2018, invited by Fujian Ninon Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Shi Zhenhua, President of Quanzhou Civil Engineering and Architecture Society, led a 20-plus delegation (including concrete and mortar experts, and staff from concrete/mortar companies that use concrete mixers and mortar mixers daily) to visit CCCC First Highway Engineering Group’s Longyan Donghuan Expressway Project site. They observed high-quality sand-making, accompanied by Ninon’s GM Mr. Wang Jianxiong and engineers.
The project uses Ninon’s independently developed DS100 high-quality dry sand-making tower. The manufactured sand it produces is exclusively for the project’s high-demand bridge and tunnel high-grade concrete—concrete that must match well with concrete mixers to ensure uniform mixing, and also meets the raw material standards for mortar mixers in auxiliary projects. The delegation inspected the equipment structure, learned about process principles, watched on-site operation, and carefully checked the finished manufactured sand’s technical parameters and quality indicators (key to ensuring compatibility with concrete mixers and mortar mixers).
Ninon’s GM Mr. Wang introduced that this "star product" (with independent IP) has a compact structure, efficient workflow, low energy consumption and high output—its noise and dust levels exceed national standards. It supports online adjustment of sand parameters, is equipped with a fully automated industrial control computer (for stable sand quality to adapt to concrete mixer and mortar mixer operations), and has functions like online self-diagnosis, alarm, data storage and analysis. Adopting leading self-synchronous impact crushing technology, its main and auxiliary hosts enable multiple working modes, so one device can supply sand for scenarios like concrete mixer batching and mortar mixer feeding.
During the visit, the society’s leaders and experts (familiar with concrete mixer and mortar mixer application needs) had in-depth exchanges with Ninon’s engineers, offered valuable suggestions, and highly praised the sand-making equipment—deeming it worthy of promotion with broad market prospects.
