Even in sweltering summer, Ninon Technology pressed on with its "Service Journey Across Thousands of Miles" customer revisit—focused on ensuring stable operation of customers’ sand making machine and VSI crusher (Ninon’s core VSI high-efficiency vertical shaft impact model). To boost service quality and refine its sand making machine and VSI crusher, Ninon formed a 6-member team (technical, production, electrical engineers, and commissioning technicians) that traveled Fujian, Jiangxi, Hunan, Guangxi, visiting 30 customers. They checked sand making machine and VSI crusher usage/maintenance, inspected equipment, gave optimization suggestions, trained staff on sand making machine upkeep and VSI crusher wear management, and offered unified upgrades.

The team carefully inspected a 368-hour-operated Ninon DS100 sand making machine (equipped with a VSI crusher), optimizing its control system and the VSI crusher’s feeding speed.

From June 1-4, stops in Xinhua, Loudi, Changde—all using DS100 sand making machine with VSI crusher—saw the team analyze equipment status, check raw material silos (feeding the sand making machine), elevators (supplying the VSI crusher), and the VSI crusher main unit, solving issues like slight vibration.

On June 5, the Liuyang project’s DS100 sand making machine (with VSI crusher) had run 5,300 hours (22 hours/day), proving quality. Guangxi’s Nanning XX Building Materials uses Ninon’s DSL100 sand-making tower (integrating sand making machine) and two stone-on-stone VSI crusher main units—operating 13,700 hours (12 hours/day, even 140 continuous hours) to supply sand.

Among them, Nanning XX Building Materials Co., Ltd. in Guangxi currently adopts Ninon's DSL100 sand-making tower and two stone-on-stone mixed-cavity main machines. Up to now, the sand-making tower has been in operation for a total of 13,700 hours, supplying wet sand to commercial concrete plants and dry sand to dry-mix plants. It operates for 12 hours a day and has even run continuously for 140 hours.
