Packing Method
1. Anti-Rust Treatment
●All equipment surfaces are coated with anti-rust oil or protective paint to guard against corrosion during long-distance or international transportation.
●Critical components such as bearings and motors are sealed using moisture-proof agents or plastic wrapping to ensure protection from humidity.
2. Shock-Resistant Fixation
●The base of the equipment is firmly secured using steel cables, bolts, or wooden wedges to prevent any shifting or damage during transit.
●Fragile components are reinforced with cushioning materials such as foam padding, wooden strips, or shock-absorbing inserts to minimize the risk of impact damage.
3. Waterproof & Moisture Protection
●Equipment is wrapped with plastic film or moisture-resistant fabric to provide a protective barrier against rain, sea spray, and humid conditions.
●Electronic components and control cabinets are sealed in waterproof packaging to prevent water ingress and ensure operational integrity upon arrival.
4. Labeling & Marking
●Each package is clearly labeled with the equipment name, model number, weight, destination, and handling instructions such as “Moisture-Proof,” “Shock-Resistant,” and “This Side Up.”
●For international shipments, standardized export markings including “Fragile,” “Handle with Care,” and orientation indicators are applied in compliance with global logistics standards.
5. Special Requirements
●Exported sand-making equipment is packaged in compliance with international shipping standards, including the use of IPPC-certified wooden crates to meet customs and phytosanitary regulations.
●Customized machinery may be shipped in multiple segments and require on-site reassembly at the destination.
